I love this post. I discovered my niche after reading one of your newsletters earlier this year and that is what caused my coaching practice to really take off.  I think many coaches start off feeling frightened to commit to a niche, because they think that it excludes potential clients.  In fact, once you choose your niche audience, because your messages are so targeted towards them clients will actively seek you out rather than the other way around.  
My niche is lawyers.  I used to be a lawyer myself so now I coach lawyers to help them make more of their time and overcome stress.  Seems so obvious now I&#039;m doing it!
