    Hannay,
Love your tip this week, and it’s so true – sometimes we say a lot about ourselves that we don’t intend to just from a throwaway comment, or label that we’ve given ourselves which in our own minds is either being humourous or self-deprecatory, but which gives the listener completely the wrong idea of what we’re really about!! (I think that’s a particularly British trait too – not wanting to blow our own trumpet to appear big-headed!)
    See you on Twitter :-)
