What Your Clients Want You to Know

In this week’s Tip of The Week, Hannah discusses the importance of getting regular feedback and progress reports from your clients. Following them up and staying in touch helps you to see how they have succeeded since working with you and lets you know where else they may need support.

Thanks for this week’s tip, Hannah. It was really encouraging.
What occurred to me is that when I get in touch with our past clients, it’s great to hear what they’ve been achieving since I worked with them and, perhaps even better, to highlight back to them how far they’ve come.
Just as you do with us on the Q&A call where you see snapshots of where we’re up to and see the leaps forward, we can do the same for our past clients.
I have an unhelpful habit (which I’m improving!) of getting frustrated about the things I haven’t crossed off my wish list yet and forget to acknowledge all the things that have gone well in the mean time.
So, thank you for the encouragement to us in the Masters Club and the reminder that we can do the same for our clients past and present.
    Nikki

PS. The website I’m now quoting is the new one created a week ago on the WordPress day it’s still under construction but the beauty is that I can have it live and add to it as I choose.
